Golden Glove EPL/Bringing people together | By Conrad

‎ ‎ ‎ When fans go to watch a game live there are many different people and cultures. Since they are going to the same game they can bond and talk about these games and talk about topics like the Golden Glove award. The Golden Glove Award is assigned to a goalkeeper who has the most clean sheets, which is when the opposing team does not score a goal in the soccer league. This award is only given to great goalkeepers that provide their team with wins. The goalkeepers that won these awards are top class goalkeepers that play for the best teams. These goalkeepers include David Raya, Ederson and Allison. The first Golden Glove goalkeeper was Petr Cech, in 2004/2005 season, with 24 clean sheets. The goalkeepers with the most Golden Glove Awards were Petr Čech and Joe Hart. These awards and many other things make soccer and promotes sportsmanship with other people from different cultures. In some cases soccer has even stopped wars. A game in Lagos postponed Nigeria's Civil War which took place during 1967-1970. The two bands held a ceasefire, which lasted 3 day, so both sides could watch the game. The game featured the Legend Pele–who is considered the best player who ever lived.
